I first had the opportunity to work with Simone Song through a unit we
sold in my co-op when I was on the Board. During this process, I was
really impressed with the way they managed us as a selling client.
Simone broke down the options and provided impartial advice as we
sorted through multiple offers.
When we put our own place on the market, we had no question that we

I thought the "buying a co-op" experience was interesting, overwhelming, exciting , frustrating, frightening and challenging. But most of all "overwhelming". Your expertise, calm counsel and experience made it a little less so.
Additionally, one of your strongest qualities, from a client's perspective, was that you LISTENED. You listened to my big questions, little questions and silly questions -- always tried to provide an answer. I want you to know how much I appreciated that.
My lovely apartment is more than I dreamed of. How often can one say that? That life gave you more than you dreamed of.
